Recharge & Bill

Once you submit a payment, CrispPay verifies your payment authorization with your bank and then securely submits it to the biller. Most payments are reflected instantly on your account and we will keep you updated on the status of any pending payments.
The status of your payment may be in ‘Pending State’ if CrispPay is unable to verify your payment authorization with your bank. However, CrispPay will keep trying to confirm the payment authorization status with your bank and we will keep you updated on the status of any pending payments.
Once you submit a payment and authorization is confirmed with your bank, CrispPay instantly submits it to the biller and is final. Please refer to our refund policy if warranted.

Payments

You can pay using your cards (debit/prepaid/credit) or 'Pay with Bank USSD' or 'Pay with Bank Transfer' on CrispPay.com.
After you make a payment, CrispPay will email you a receipt. You can also check payment status by reviewing your transaction history under 'My Account' when logged in. You can also contact us at support@crisppay.com or via phone with your payment reference ID (available on the receipt displayed when you complete bill payment, and on the receipt you receive by email) if you require assistance.
Yes, you can use your bank's internet/mobile banking platforms for payment using the secure 'Pay With Bank Transfer' option.
Insufficient Funds, this happens when the fund in your bank account is less than the amount you are trying to pay. Please note that while CrispPay does not charge you for Insufficient Fund, your bank may. Please refer to your bank for details.
Your bank declined this specific payment. This may happen the first time you use the service. Once you authorize your bank, you should be able to transact.
To protect you from accidental double-payments, CrispPay may reject identical payments (same amount to the same biller) made immediately after each other.
